We have a new class added to the Saturday schedule! The Body Rhythms class at 11:00 am on Saturday focuses on learning to move the body in new ways and maximizing movement. The exercises in the class will help develop cuban motion, personal styling, body isolation and coordination! Be prepared to sweat! It's a high energy class! The class will end at 11:45 giving fifteen minutes to relax and get a drink before the Basic Class. Come in this Saturday to check it out!
